Raised on doughy, chewy, perfectly seasoned bagels, one woman's unapologetic love was realized when she moved out of North Jersey and saw that… most bagels are shit.

So, she did what any like minded person would do: she criticized any bagel that didn't meet her standards (which was most of them). Thus, Bagel Snob was born. 

Bagel Snob is more than a name. It’s a way of life. A refusal to settle for mediocre. A mission to educate taste buds by way of a North Jersey attitude. And a celebration of the regional treasure that is the New Jersey bagel.
